We have just returned from our Florida vacation and once again, we were blown away by the wonderful home we rented from you.
We were lucky enough to rent this beautiful home. We have rented homes from your company for many years, each one more beautiful than the last. This one was the best so far!
The home was immaculate, beautiful, spacious, and wonderfully decorated to the smallest detail. Everything we could ever have wanted was there. It made for a very special Christmas Vacation for our family, and for my sister and brother-in-law who were experiencing Port Charlotte for the first time. They too fell in love with the house, and with the Town.
Thanks to all of your office staff and the cleaning staff, who were eager to help out when my husband was hospitalized for two days. They worked together to find us another home that we could rent should my husband not be released from the hospital on time for our departure from Port Charlotte.
My husband was released at midnight Friday, meaning that we could continue our trip to Orlando where we had rented a home. This was truly going from the sublime to the ridiculous, as the homes could not be compared. Although we had checked the references on the internet before we booked, we found the house to be undersupplied, under maintained and filled with ants. The atmosphere was cold and threatening, not the warm and welcoming homes in Port Charlotte.
We have long been recommending PCHB to our friends and co-workers, many of whom have rented from you as well – We are not recommending that Orlando take some lessons from you as well! I am sure we will be returning to Port Charlotte again soon.

The Home was beautiful! The kids made great use of the pool and the barrier around the pool was perfect for my 1 1/2 year old niece. Also the dock behind the house was perfect for those that wanted to do some fishing. I hope to have the opportunity to stay in this home again in the future.
PS: It was also great that the home was available the day before as we arrived earlier than we expected and was able to spend that extra night at the home.
