RATES ARE BASED ON 2 ADULTS PER HOME. For additional adults, the charges are as follows:
During the period of Apr.25/09 – Dec.19/09 $25.00 per week, per additional adult
During the period of Dec.19 – Apr.24/10 $50.00 per week, per additional adult
Maximum Occupancy:
4 occupants per 2-bedroom home/6 occupants per 3-bedroom home.
A refundable security deposit of $200 is required on each individual reservation and is due immediately upon receipt of your confirmation. Your deposit may be paid by Cash, Cheque VISA or MC. Port Charlotte Fla. Homebuilders will retain the deposit for 5 weeks after your departure date from the home. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SECURITY DEPOSIT AMOUNT DOES NOT APPLY TOWARDS THE TOTAL RENT PAYABLE. If you pay your deposit by Visa or MC, a debit will be made to your account. It will be refunded via a credit to your Visa or MC at a later date.
All rental payments are due 60 days prior to your date of occupancy. Rental payments and/or deposit payments not received by the outlined due date on your contract, may result in cancellation. A maintenance/management fee of $50.00 will be charged on each individual reservation and is due along with your total rent payable. Rent is payable by CASH OR CHEQUE ONLY. *EACH INDIVIDUAL RESERVATION IS SUBJECT TO 12% SALES TAX*
ANY CHANGES/ALTERATIONS MADE TO YOUR ORIGINAL RESERVATION WILL RESULT IN A MINIMUM CHARGE OF $15.00 PER CHANGE. CHANGES TO YOUR RESERVATION MUST BE RECEIVED AT LEAST 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A MINIMUM CHARGE OF $50.00 CHARGED ON EACH CANCELLATION RECEIVED ONCE THE ORIGINAL CONFIRMATION HAS BEEN PROCESSED AND MAILED/FAXED etc… PLEASE CONTACT OUR OFFICE FOR OUR FULL CANCELLATION POLICIES.
ARRIVING GUESTS: Check in time is any time after 3:00pm on the date of occupancy. Cleaners require sufficient time to prepare the home. If you arrive in Port Charlotte earlier than 3:00pm, this is an excellent opportunity to shop for food, beverages and other essentials. EARLY CHECK IN WILL RESULT IN AN EXTRA FEE TO BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT.
DEPARTING GUESTS: Check out time is any time up until 10:00am on the scheduled date of departure. RENTERS FAILING TO COMPLY WITH THIS CHECK OUT TIME COULD FORFEIT THEIR SECURITY DEPOSIT AND/OR INCUR ADDITIONAL FEES. Our staff requires adequate time to prepare the home before the next guest arrives.
PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT OUR POLICIES PERTAINING TO PETS. Most homes do not allow pets, if a pet is brought to the home without permission from Port Charlotte Florida Homebuilders RD Ltd, you will be asked to vacate the premises and you will forfeit all monies paid.
